About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented fresher to join our Eatsure Category Team. The role involves managing and executing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless operations, brand visibility, and customer engagement on the EatSure platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content & Store Management Manage Various properties on the EatSure app and website. Update brand creatives like logos, thumbnails and storefront images Handle dynamic brand category management and footer updates.

2. Execution & Operations Conduct new category analysis, creation, and updates Ensure daily calendar updates for web banner creation Support new product and brand launches for visibility and activation

3. Growth & Marketing Support Assist in managing WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, and email campaigns Coordinate packaging and delivery charge changes

4. Customer Engagement Manage surveys, post-order/cart screen banners, and bottom drawer properties Assist in polls, activations, stories, in-app pop-ups, and gamification campaigns

5. Other Tasks Perform analysis on app conversions for insights Coordinate with brand teams for creatives and activations Conduct daily documentation, follow-ups, and quality checks Troubleshoot errors and resolve operational issues Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with analysis on Excel Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital platforms is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
