Job description
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital.
- Handle confidential documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee data.
- Process and update HR-related forms and ensure compliance with company policies.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding of new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Support payroll processes, including managing timesheets, calculating deductions, and processing payments.
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
UAE Compliance & Relations:
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations, especially concerning visa processing and statutory benefits like gratuity.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and mediating minor issues.
Administrative Support:
- Manage administrative tasks such as office management, record-keeping, and vendor coordination.
- Handle communication, including creating and distributing announcements and managing access to company systems.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration within the UAE region.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems for record management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Understanding of UAE labor law and compliance.
