About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that’s people-centric and value-adding. We're looking for a Workplace Manager to join our Bucharest office on-site where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, engage with multiple departments, and field queries.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing legal inboxes and fielding critical mail/emails to the correct teams
• Engaging with multiple departments, maintaining clear and comprehensive tracking, to ensure that items have been actioned correctly
• Acting as the point of contact and subject matter expert on processes and queries received

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a professional environment
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Impeccable organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask
• To be motivated and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude
• To be a team player while also having the ability to work independently, using own initiative
• Keen attention to detail
• To be reliable and responsible with a friendly and approachable manner

Nice to have

• An understanding of tech services, specifically use of MacBook and Google Suite
• Fluency in other languages
