About the role

Revolut's Talent team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that’s people-centric and value-adding.

We're looking for a strategic Safety Manager to support our worldwide physical security operations. You'll safeguard our employees, offices, and assets by developing and executing comprehensive security strategies. As a seasoned safety professional, you'll assist in defining our physical security mission, build a strong team, and integrate security into our global expansion.

What you’ll be doing

• Aligning physical security initiatives with the company's strategic vision, demonstrating how security contributes to business growth and success
• Conducting thorough physical risk assessments for new country launches, ensuring business continuity and compliance
• Assisting in overseeing the physical security of Revolut's offices globally, including access control, CCTV systems, and security personnel
• Ensuring physical security procedures are implemented and effective in all Revolut locations
• Ensuring business continuity during expansion

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a senior physical security leader in a global organisation
• Impeccable strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align physical security initiatives with business objectives
• Extensive experience building and leading high-performing physical security teams
• A deep understanding of physical security principles and best practices, including CCTV and access control systems
• Experience managing outsourced physical security services
• Solid knowledge of physical risk management and assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with risk management associated with launching business in new countries
• Demonstrable experience of creating and implementing physical security mission statements and strategic physical security plans

Nice to have

• Relevant physical security certifications (CPP)
• Experience in the financial technology industry
• Experience with global employee safety and duty of care
