About the role

Revolut’s Crypto department's aim is to demystify crypto for everyday consumers. We focus on providing a seamless experience within the Revolut app, allowing our users to easily buy, sell, hold, and manage a wide range of digital assets, while prioritising security and education. We aim to build the best products and provide the best fiat-to-crypto experience for Revolut customers.

You'll take on the role of Head of the Crypto Entity in Gibraltar, reporting directly to the Crypto General Manager. The position requires you to be based in Gibraltar or within a commutable distance.

We’re looking for someone to help us solve the toughest problems in our new entity. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business, delivering the best outcome for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Representing the entity and supporting Revolut’s presence in Gibraltar
• Leading regulatory engagement, including securing licences in a timely manner
• Supporting strategic growth and local expansion initiatives
• Monitoring financial performance and ensuring operational effectiveness
• Building and managing a high-performing local team
• Developing and refining scalable processes to support sustainable growth
• Overseeing the delivery of key projects from planning to execution
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience with new features

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Senior leadership experience
• Experience working with regulated products
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
• An interest in the crypto industry
• An innovative mindset and technical aptitude

Nice to have

• Experience working in the trading/crypto space
