About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We’re looking for anAccount Manager to lead strategic relationships with high-value clients, drive campaign performance, and translate data into action. You'll be hands-on with global campaigns and platform execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of high-value global clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and proactive growth
- Analysing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and improvements
- Educating clients and partners on best practices, tools, and growth strategies
- Leading regular business reviews and performance discussions
- Upselling and cross-selling to grow client value and meet gross profit targets
- Collaborating with product teams to integrate client feedback into our offering
- Prioritising client needs in line with business objectives, with full ownership of results
What you'll need
- 2+ years’ experience managing large digital or performance marketing accounts, ideally within a media agency or tech-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (e.g. Impact, Partnerise, or similar)
- Confident in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and using data to drive decision-making
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to explain complex ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
- A proactive, can-do attitude — you take ownership and deliver with precision
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimise partner outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — PowerPoint/Keynote fluency essential
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience working in advertising or martech
- Previous exposure to start-up or high-growth environments
- Interest in digital media and performance-based marketing models
