About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Cinematographer to lead the visual direction of our in-house productions.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll be operating cameras, setting visual style, and defining the look of Revolut across video, experiential, and digital content. From lighting a solo talking-head to capturing high-energy brand films, you’ll own the craft and elevate every frame.

You’ll collaborate with a close-knit team of producers, creatives, and marketers — helping shape the future of Revolut’s visual storytelling, one shoot at a time.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end production, from directing and operating the camera to shaping the visual narrative across digital, experiential, and social channels
• Defining the visual language of our campaigns through expert use of lighting, composition, and colour
• Overseeing the creation of high-impact assets for brand campaigns, DOOH, influencer content, and customer storytelling
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across design, marketing, and localisation to align creative execution with business goals and customer needs
• Driving the development of scalable content workflows and governance frameworks that support rapid growth and deliver consistent quality
• Championing clarity, accessibility, and visual excellence to create content that truly resonates with our customers

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a cinematographer, DOP, or camera operator in agency or brand settings
• Solid technical knowledge of lighting, composition, lenses, camera systems, and formats
• A portfolio that shows both creative range and visual craft, ideally across digital-first and commercial formats
• An understanding of social-first storytelling and modern visual trends
• The ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and non-creative teams
• A solutions-first mindset and ability to adapt in a high-speed, high-growth environment

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, tech, lifestyle, or disruptive brand categories
