About the role

Revolut’s Crypto team is scaling rapidly and strategic partnerships are at the core of our growth. With RevolutX live and surging institutional demand across 30+ markets, we’re scaling a next-generation crypto platform for the world’s most sophisticated customers - hedge funds, corporates, market makers, and digital asset treasury teams.

As Business Development Manager - Crypto Institutional, you’ll be on the front line of this growth. You’ll drive client acquisition, build deep strategic relationships, and shape the commercial foundation for Revolut’s institutional crypto business. This role blends hands-on sales, commercial structuring, and ecosystem engagement and gives you direct impact on one of Revolut’s most exciting new verticals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading strategic partnerships and revenue initiatives across the institutional crypto space
  • Sourcing and onboarding clients such as liquidity providers, large-scale market participants, corporates and funds
  • Structuring and negotiating commercial terms across exchanges, custodians, brokers and key infrastructure providers
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Risk to bring new services and integrations to life
  • Developing scalable partnership frameworks and sales collateral to support global expansion
  • Owning end-to-end partner management including outreach, contracting, onboarding and performance tracking
  • Representing Revolut Crypto at industry events, client meetings and strategic forums

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles within crypto, fintech, financial services, or tech sectors
  • Excellent commercial acumen and track record managing complex, high-value B2B partnerships
  • Solid understanding of the crypto landscape, including custody, liquidity, trading platforms and regulatory considerations
  • The ability to independently drive projects from sourcing through negotiation and execution
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Passion for the crypto space and belief in its future potential

Nice to have

  • Experience with crypto liquidity providers, custodians, brokers or blockchain infrastructure companies
  • Familiarity with cryptoasset regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with SQL or comfort working with data to analyse partnership performance
