We're looking for an IT Risk, Compliance & Resilience Manager to support Revolut Bank in the FR and manage IT risks, compliance & resilience in the best way possible.

You'll collaborate with service owners, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting deliverables are accurate and compliant.

What you'll be doing

• Driving maturity, automation, and scalability of IT risk management in collaboration with the Global IT Risk team
• Developing and executing the resilience strategy, roll-out, and testing for NewBank
• Ensuring ongoing IT compliance with local and EU regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders from senior management to engineers across IT
• Creating and delivering strategies, methodologies, and training to foster a strong risk culture
• Reporting key risk indicators (KRIs) and presenting in-depth briefings to the Board
• Localising IT policies and procedures to align with local regulations and guidance
• Defining, implementing, and tracking operational and tactical goals against strategic KPIs
• Managing relationships with FR/EU regulators and overseeing outsourced IT risk activities
• Conducting annual reviews of vendors to ensure compliance and effective risk management

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in IT Risk management, ideally within financial services, banking, or payments
• Expertise in risks, compliance and IT operations
• Experience managing outsourcing of IT services
• Advanced risks practices & knowledge of frameworks and tools (ERM)
• The ability to deliver localised IT policies to meet FR & EU regulatory standards
• Expertise in industry standards, like COBIT and ITIL
• The ability to align plans with business goals and set measurable metrics
• An analytical mindset with great stakeholder management and communication skills

• IT Risk experience at a leading/global consultancy firm
