About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join our team at Revolut Bank UAB. You'll ensure compliance with relevant regulatory reporting obligations to Lithuanian authorities. You'll also be improving our current processes and leading the implementation of new reporting requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for regulatory reporting to the Lithuanian authorities
  • Reviewing, interpreting, and analysing new and updated regulatory reporting requirements from VMI, IIDG, and BOL
  • Translating the above requirements into detailed business and data specifications
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of existing regulatory reporting processes and systems ("as-is" analysis)
  • Identifying shortcomings, inefficiencies, control gaps, and undocumented procedures, and proposing and implementing solutions for remediation and optimisation
  • Developing clear, comprehensive, and precise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and data mapping specifications for all regulatory reports
  • Working closely across teams to oversee the end-to-end implementation of regulatory reporting solutions (including supporting development, testing, and go-live activities)
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Operations, as well as external auditors and regulators, where necessary
  • Ensuring regulatory reporting processes, procedures, and data are thoroughly documented and regularly updated
  • Investigating and resolving data quality issues and discrepancies related to regulatory reports

What you'll need

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (native level)
  • Fluency in English
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role focusing on regulatory reporting within financial services, ideally a bank or investment firm
  • Demonstrable experience with reporting to Lithuanian authorities, including VMI, IIDG, and Bank of Lithuania
  • Great analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and/or other data querying tools
  • A solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • A proven ability to build genuine relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and take initiative

Nice to have

  • Experience with specific regulatory reporting software or platforms
  • Knowledge of banking products and operations
  • Experience with process re-engineering and automation
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Experience with data modelling concepts

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
