About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Tax Manager to ensure the effective operation of our tax function across the European Economic Area. You'll partner with the business on a variety of initiatives, building and leading a team along the way. We need someone with energy and ideas, willing to roll their sleeves up, tackle any issues, and get involved in the day-to-day wherever necessary.

What you'll be doing
- Leading on transfer pricing compliance and documentation
- Assisting with transfer pricing policy design, implementation, and maintenance
- Managing tax controversy projects
- Managing relationships with third-party advisors
- Assisting in dispute resolution
- Contributing to tax on M&A and integration design, due diligence, and modelling
- Optimising and improving ongoing ETR
- Reviewing periodical business aspects to identify tax-impacting transactions
- Managing overlapping tax risk relating to direct, indirect, and withholding taxes
- Advising and managing operating and local market tax management
- Operationalising BEPS P2 Readiness Project for compliance, managing internal stakeholders, and liaising with external advisors
- Building relationships with various functional business heads, global entities, tax offices, and professional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues
- Provisioning accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
- Implementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworks
What you'll need
- To be a qualified tax professional or lawyer
- 10+ years of experience in a multi-national IT, finance, or fintech organisation
- An ACA, CA, LLM, CTA, ADIT, or similar certification, having trained ideally with a recognised accounting firm or law practice
- Extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax
- Solid analytical skills
- Great people-management skills and experience
- Experience within a fast growing organisation
- To be highly motivated and focused on delivery
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan and organise work so that it's efficient and effective
