About the role

We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to be part of our New Bets team and help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You'll identify, test, and scale a new core payments feature that will aim to deliver better experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Building and optimising scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth
• Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from start to finish
• Developing initiatives to launch new payment services
• Defining and understanding the requirements for new products and finding missing elements needed for development
• Driving the strategy to ensure missing elements are successfully implemented
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Collaborating with various teams across Revolut to understand and monitor the impact on other departments
• Exploring and defining project priorities and setting timelines to achieve goals quickly
• Searching for new features to enhance the customer experience

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 7+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in coding with SQL
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
• An interest in the financial industry

Nice to have

• Coding skills with Python
