About the role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our global marketing team and help shape the future of Revolut’s campaigns. This is a senior creative role for someone who can turn strategic insight into standout ideas. The kind that elevates how our brand shows up across markets, partnerships, and platforms.
You’ll craft concepts that break through the expected, working across Growth campaigns to make Revolut’s story feel bold, premium, and unmistakably ours.

What you'll be doing
- Developing creative concepts and campaign narratives for global initiatives, from insight to idea
- Translating strategy and product truths into simple, distinctive ideas that can flex across channels and markets
- Partnering with Brand Activation Managers to bring ideas to life, guiding creative direction through to execution
- Acting as a creative sparring partner for local markets and cross-functional teams to uplift campaign quality and consistency
- Helping shape the long-term creative direction of Revolut’s brand platform alongside leadership
- Reviewing and elevating agency and in-house creative work, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and ambition
- Contributing to a more independent creative model that strengthens Revolut’s in-house capabilities over time
What you'll need
- Proven experience in creative concept development; ideally within an agency or brand-side environment working on integrated campaigns
- Portfolio that demonstrates bold conceptual thinking, storytelling, and a premium creative aesthetic
- Ability to translate strategic goals into powerful, scalable ideas
- Deep understanding of contemporary culture, digital behaviour, and what drives creative cut-through globally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable inspiring and influencing stakeholders across levels
