Drive efficiency for multi-channel cross functional campaigns through operational success
Manage our ABM and sales technology stack; everything from enrichment vendors, direct mail, sales engagement, email, etc.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects; including infrastructure changes, exploring new technology and data sources, implementing automation, and mechanisms to measure impact
Aggregate different intent signals and operationalize the data to promote automated and strategic actions across marketing and sales
Collaborate with RevOps to grow our addressable market and segment that market within our tech stack
Partner closely with the ABM/Outbound leaders to prioritize strategic initiatives and then work with the technical supporting teams to build effective long term solutions
Partner with Growth Analytics and Marketing leaders to develop a lifecycle marketing funnel and framework that groups accounts into buckets of intent/engagement/ICP
Build business facing documentation that speaks to sales and marketing use cases in a consumable way
5+ years of Marketing Operations experience
Multi-channel operational support experience; digital ads, event marketing, direct mail, etc.
Advanced knowledge in SFDC and overall marketing technology stacks including enrichment, demo booking, intent, ads, event registration, etc.
Experience building advanced automation via platforms such as Workato/Zapier/SFDC flows/etc.
Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
Superb project management skills; experience with different types of PM frameworks
Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
Exceptional presentation skills and organized communications
Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills
