Staff Full Stack (Backend) Software Engineer - Time Products

- Ship fast – but with a high quality bar. As a staff engineer, you’ll help define and enforce this bar for the team, as well find solutions that allow the team to move quickly with a high degree of safety. - Lead technical design discussions for new features, as well as providing feedback on other engineers’ designs.
- Mentor junior members, lead and practice engineering excellence practice
- 7+ years of experience in backend product engineering using Python, Django, or related technologies
- Strong CS/algorithms fundamentals
- You have seen systems operating at a significant technical and organizational scale
- Strong product intuition: you care about design and user experience and are quick to identify how these could be improved.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in unstructured environments and enjoy identifying big problems in addition to solving them.
