Determine which channels are most effective in converting our top-line business metrics, and build subsequent business plans for Marketing teams to execute against.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to develop and communicate the Marketing investment plan, budget and CAC payback expectations. Be deeply embedded with Sales & Finance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Partner closely with Growth, Events, Brand and Product Marketing to improve return on investment and channel mix.
- Create frameworks for business decision making against: vendors, channel efficacy, CAC Payback, headcount growth and more. Leverage frameworks for annual and quarterly planning cycles.
- Determine the strategy behind our Marketing investment mix
- Analyze and stay on top of ROI metrics
- 5+ years of experience in BizOps, Sales Strategy, Finance, Consulting
- Bachelors in Math, Finance, Stats, Business, or related field - Masters/MBA a plus
- Experience in Finance at prior B2B tech companies
- Experience working and partnering with Sales Strategy, Finance and Growth teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive audiences, but have ability to dive into the weeds to understand detailed business problems
- Ability to distill complex data sets to simple solutions
- High growth mindset
