The Account Executive (NLS, Emerging Businesses - NAMER) role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- we’re looking for talented and ambitious individuals who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
One fundamental belief at Rippling is that Account Executives should spend 100% of their time between engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, closing revenue from SDR generated demos, and working with our CSMImplementation team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform for new customers. No prospecting, we leave that to our world class SDR and Marketing teams.
Initially starting from North America (NAMER), you will be focused on our expansion into the worldwide markets and will be required to be fluent in English.
What you'll do
Maintain a pipeline of high value prospects through salesforce to forecast revenue accurately
Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and demo, to contract signature
Consistently attain and overachieve quota on a monthly basis. SSB team is bunch of overachievers and we consistently hit/overachieve our quotas
Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape. Rippling has multiple products, and your success is dependent on how well you learn the product
Work closely with CSM/Implementation Team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
This job requires you to work EST hours. (5:30pm to 2:30am IST)
This is a hybrid role and will require you to work out our Bangalore office three days a week.
Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. SSB AEs close a large volume of deals every month and we require someone who is comfortable with volume and pace
3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B. Bachelor's Degree is a must have
Experience carrying a $600,000+ annual quota
Comfortable with monthly quota
Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security related products is a good to have
