About The Role

The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed and for our business to thrive. We do this by distilling insights from user research, product-generated data, competitive analysis, and a deep market understanding. These insights allow us to prioritize the features we work on, which we define end to end with our design and engineering counterparts, to create our roadmap. As the features on this roadmap get developed, we partner with various teams to ensure they are ready to sell, service, and support them. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and surpass the goals we had when we decided to build them.

As a Product Lead for Partner Operations at Rippling, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of centralized payroll operations for Contractor of Record (COR), Employer of Record (EOR) and direct hires. You will focus on expanding our market reach while enhancing usability and delivering innovative features that ensure seamless experiences across various payroll operating models. Your role will involve collaborating with teams in design, engineering, legal, business development, and customer service to launch new markets and centralize partner operations management. You will develop comprehensive partner experiences, enabling Rippling to manage payroll in over 100 countries.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end roadmap for centralized operations for Employee of record, Contractor of record and global payroll.
  • Own the strategy and execution for Rippling's partner portal and collateral products.
  • Lead the discovery and development of strategic initiatives in the global space, and scale the partner portal experiences to accommodate diverse operating models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the product meets customer needs.
  • Ensure that the speed and simplicity that Rippling prides itself on is consistently met, even when adding support for additional complex use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets their needs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action

  • Possess a deep sense of ownership and responsibility and understand that the buck stops with you.
