About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.
About the role

Working alongside product managers, operators, BD colleagues and customers you will be the connective tissue that ensures our products scale rapidly and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will drive key strategic initiatives, build our metrics and reporting suite for internal stakeholders as well as customers and ensure escalations are handled with urgency.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a high growth dynamic environment, has a passion for building high-performing products, has an ownership mindset and is customer obsessed.
What you will do
- Product GTM: Streamline and deploy our product launch, and support processes, at scale. Diagnose and implement opportunities for actionable improvements, identify and address root causes of poor customer experience. Document and refine best practices, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Partner Management: Act as the primary interface for existing marketplace partners. Oversee the implementation and integration processes, addressing and resolving non-engineering issues.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between BD, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to ensure alignment. Lead weekly cadences with stakeholders and cross functional projects.
- Metrics, Reporting and Analytics: Build out the metrics suite, create dashboards and reports for our internal stakeholders as well as customers
- Strategic Initiatives: Execute on special projects that support the product vision and mission.
What you will need
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or business operations roles in tech or equivalent experience. Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with APIs. Experience with billing integrations is a plus.
- Analytics and structured problem solving: You are curious and an analytical thinker, able to break down and structure complex problems. You are able to zoom into the details but not miss the forest for the trees. Leveraging your strong spreadsheet skills, SQL or data tools knowledge is a plus.
- Project management: You're organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You have demonstrated the ability to coordinate, plan and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Stakeholder management: You have proven experience in managing stakeholders at all levels and can effectively handle engagement with multiple partners from different teams, locally and internationally.
- Customer-centric: You are obsessed with customer experience. You understand the whole end to end experience, and will also dive into a customer resolution and leave no stone un-turned to solve it. You have a great Product sense and know what makes a product experience not just good, but amazing.
