About the role
We’re building a world-class Support team—dedicated to helping customers realize the full potential of Rippling Travel. As a key member of our Travel Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our airline ticketing and reporting processes. You won’t just solve problems—you’ll prevent them by proactively identifying gaps, analyzing trends, and implementing scalable solutions.
This is a high-impact role where precision matters. You'll own core ARC processes, collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, and help drive operational excellence across the board. What you will do
- Process and reconcile weekly ARC reports in compliance with ARC standards and deadlines.
- Review and verify airline tickets issued via Sabre GDS, including refunds, exchanges, voids, and commissions.
- Ensure accuracy of ticketing transactions and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Analyze debit memos to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
- Document root cause findings and prepare reports to share with management and relevant teams.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address recurring issues and improve compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with ticketing, operations, and accounting teams to address process gaps.
- Monitor and dispute invalid debit memos with airlines in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records for all ARC activity and reporting.
- Coordinate with accounting, operations, and ticketing teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Keep current on ARC regulations, airline policies, and industry changes.
- Participate in internal audits related to travel transactions and ticketing processes.
- Provide training or guidance on ARC, Sabre, and best practices to reduce errors and improve compliance.
What you will need
- 5+ years of experience with ARC reporting in a travel agency or travel management company.
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS is required.
- Strong understanding of airline ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and commission structures.
- Familiarity with debit memos and airline reconciliation processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- ARC Specialist certification.
- Knowledge of TMC BackOffice.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel or travel accounting tools.
- Experience in remote or hybrid work environments is beneficial.
