This role is the single owner for the governance, organization, and scalability of all Sales Enablement content across our Content Management Systems (CMS), primarily Highspot and Confluence, as well as our internal Google Drive repository. You will be responsible for defining the future state of our content architecture, ensuring our global revenue teams have the most current, effective, and easily discoverable resources at the exact moment of need.
This role is ideal for a content builder who is passionate about leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive efficiency, improve content quality (especially in slide design and video creation), and continuously optimize the performance of our enablement materials. You will bridge content creation, system administration, and enablement strategy to dramatically accelerate sales effectiveness across all roles.
What you will do

- Drive AI-Powered Quality: Leverage GenAI models and tools to increase the quality and velocity of content creation, specifically utilizing LLMs for script generation and advanced tools for professional slide and video production.
- Content Governance: Define, enforce, and maintain the content architecture, metadata standards, and governance rules for all Enablement repositories, including Highspot, Confluence, and Google Drive.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Cross-Functional Content Alignment: Work closely with Product Marketing, Product teams, and Revenue Leadership to ensure that all sales-facing content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to the latest product positioning and enablement requirements.
- Enablement Partnership: Collaborate with Enablement Program Managers to support the build of scalable and segment-specific playbooks, ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery and content that is mapped directly to strategic priorities.
3. Project Management
- Content Audits & Roadmap: Design and run continuous content audit cycles across all CMS and Drive instances to eliminate redundancy, archive outdated materials, and own the roadmap for content lifecycle management improvements.
- System Optimization Projects: Drive initiatives focused on improving content accessibility and usage within Highspot and Confluence, serving as the functional content SME during any platform configuration or integration projects.
4. Presentation & Communication
- Execute Revenue Communications: Own the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the weekly Revenue Newsletter, ensuring communications are visually compelling, timely, and strategically positioned to maximize seller engagement.
- Training Material Polish: Ensure all training and certification materials designed by the team adhere to a high standard of design excellence, clarity, and Rippling brand identity.
5. Data & Analytics
- Content Performance Optimization: Analyze usage and search data (from Highspot and other systems) to identify content gaps, redundancy, and underperforming assets, using these insights to drive content rationalization decisions.
- LLM Optimization: Strategically optimize content structure and annotation to effectively feed internal LLMs and generative search experiences, directly improving content performance and search relevance for sellers in our platforms.
6. Domain Expertise
- Product Content Mastery: Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product content for sales onboarding is up-to-date, role-specific, and drives the required level of product understanding across the revenue organization.
- Industry Trend Integration: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, content management trends, and emerging technologies (like LLMs) to continuously improve our content strategy and delivery mechanisms.
7. Execution & Delivery
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standard of delivery by consistently implementing streamlined processes, strong organization, and clear documentation, ensuring quick turnaround on urgent content needs.
- Compliance & Single Source of Truth: Ensure rigorous enforcement of governance rules and content standards to maintain a single source of truth and ensure 100% compliance across all enablement materials.
