About the Role
We're looking for a French-speaking Campaigns Manager to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth in EMEA. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll build and run multi-channel campaigns that engage our target audience and convert them into qualified opportunities for our sales team across EMEA.
You'll own the end-to-end campaign process from concept through execution to optimisation, working closely with sales, regional marketing teams, and content to deliver campaigns that resonate with the EMEA market.
This position reports to the EMEA Director of Demand Generation based in London and will be based in Dublin.

What You'll Do
- Plan, manage, and execute field and customer events across EMEA—including trade shows, industry conferences, sponsored events, and Rippling-hosted experiences—to drive awareness and pipeline generation.
- Own end-to-end event logistics, from venue sourcing and vendor management to booth design, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
- Travel across the region (approximately 20%) to oversee event setup, support sales activation, and ensure flawless execution on the ground.

- Develop French-specific messaging and content that speaks to the needs of our target audience, working with sales and marketing to localise key assets
- Manage campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on what's working and what needs improvement
- Partner with sales teams to align on account targeting, messaging, and campaign priorities
- Coordinate with central marketing teams to adapt campaigns for local markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Test, iterate, and optimise campaigns based on data to continuously improve conversion rates
What You'll Need
- Native or fluent French speaker
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, field marketing or demand generation in a B2B environment
- Track record of running successful campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to optimisation. You know how to read the numbers and adjust accordingly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done in a fast-paced environment
