Join us as a Junior Legal Counsel

What you will be doing
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be part of the Legal Team.
We may be compact but our efficiency knows no bounds: we are a 5 people team helping Satispay to achieve extraordinary results!

Key responsibilities:

• Draft commercial agreements as well as refine templates and T&C to align with Satispay’s legal standards and business goals;
• Take the lead in negotiating commercial contracts;
• Serve as a legal partner for the Business Development and Marketing teams;
• Provide timely legal advice to support strategic initiatives;
• Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing the productivity of the Legal Team.

What we need

You have:

• Overall 5+ years of experience in an international/Italian top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel;
• Of which a minimum of 2 years of experience in an international/Italian top-tier law firm and admission to the bar;
• Skills in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements;
• Fluency in English and Italian. Additional knowledge of French is a plus;
• “Ability to apply great judgment and common sense”;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A flexible problem solver: a flexible mindset to facilitate solutions that accommodate diverse stakeholders’ needs is key to this role;
• A good team player, fostering collaboration within the legal team and beyond;
• Able to take initiative and work independently, contributing proactively to legal tasks.

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. Business trips to Luxembourg may occur.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
