As a TI Data Analyst specializing in data quality and integration, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our data ecosystem. What you'll do:
Investigate and Solve Data Challenges: Act as a data detective, diving deep into complex datasets to identify issues, root causes of anomalies, hypothesize solutions, test scenarios, and implement fixes.
Assess Data Quality of New Sources: Evaluate and validate new data sources for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before integration into existing systems to ensure they meet organizational standards and requirements.
Monitor and Maintain Data Quality: Conduct regular audits to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or gaps in data, and recommend corrective actions to ensure data integrity. Establish and enforce data quality standards, policies, and frameworks
Support Data Integration: Partner with data engineers to define and enforce data ingestion checkpoints, write transformation rules, and validate data workflows, ensuring alignment with governance and/or data QA frameworks.
Document Data Processes: Maintain documentation of data sources, flows, and processes to ensure transparency and compliance.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance data processes, streamline QA and data ingestion, and improve the overall quality and usability of data.
Perform Advanced Data Analysis: Independently write and refine SQL queries to address business needs, enabling detailed analysis, uncovering trends, and generating actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product, etc to align business outcomes, data requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration.
Design and Implement Data Quality Standards: Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and frameworks to maintain consistent and reliable data across all systems.
Business Acumen and Action-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong ability to understand business needs, translate them into actionable data strategies, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
SQL experience for data extraction and analysis.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:
7+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality management, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, or a related quantitative field

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with data management and governance practices, including data profiling, auditing, and compliance.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Experience in statistical analysis, causal inference, and forecasting methods.
Knowledge of home services industries like HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
