The Fintech team is a highly strategic team responsible for assessing, building and launching new partnerships and opportunities within the ServiceTitan Fintech platform, specifically with our subsidiary entities (Aspire & Fieldroutes) in the ‘Green Industry’ (Landscaping/LawnCare, Pest Control, Cleaning Services, etc). Payments and Financing solutions create a massive positive impact to our customers while also contributing meaningfully to ServiceTitan’s growth. We strive to bring innovative products and integrations, and provide extraordinary services to be the premier brand in the home & commercial services industry, and operating system for the trades.

The Manager, Fintech Strategy & Partnerships is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the Green Fintech business at ServiceTitan. S/he will assess, source, drive, manage, and optimize success of our embedded fintech integrations with a primary focus on the credit card and ACH processing solutions for Aspire and Fieldroutes with secondary focus on expanding our embedded finance solutions over time. S/he will partner closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Post-Sales, Ops/Finance, Product and Engineering, and Marketing to ensure day-to-day execution and growth sees continuous iteration and improvement. Further, S/he will be a primary POC with several external partners/vendors in the payments processing industry that power the ServiceTitan’s Green fintech offerings, managing relationships and driving accountability for mutual success.

This individual has a well-rounded background, and brings a strong and diverse skill set - with responsibility to contribute to partner strategy and relationship management, creative problem solving and critical thinking applied to business and product strategy, analytical aptitude to devise and implement higher order data insights and improve methods for financial forecasting and reporting, and strong organizational and communication skills to ensure highly efficient operations and optimize processes. This individual may draw on experience from roles in management and/or technology consulting, finance, product management, and business development, particularly with experience in fintech and SaaS technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive, Measure, and Iterate to optimize adoption and utilization of payments performance of ServiceTitan’s Green Fintech Program organizing, tracking and driving projects with cross functional resources and external partners/vendors
  • Assess opportunities and make strategic, executive level recommendations to improve our platform via operational, product /integration, or other capabilities that will help scale ours and our customers’ business
  • Develop business cases, deeper data driven insights using quantitative and qualitative analyses; create, iterate, and evaluate financial models to forecast and track fintech monetization, Project new product/partnership revenue and operational efficiency opportunities, and prioritize accordingly
  • Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies, with an eye for constant improvement and optimization of operating processes and procedures
  • Manage fintech partner ecosystem for the green entities (Aspire & FieldRoutes), collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set, track, and achieve goals for measurable positive impact to customers, but also for ServiceTitan and our Partners

What you’ll bring:

  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience (preferably in consulting, finance, strategy and ops, product management or business development within B2B technology (ideally B2B SaaS and/or Fintech)
  • Excellent strategic thinking and assessment skills for embedded fintech partnerships and products
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills: from ideation through execution
  • Deep analytical experience, with ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and understanding of how to effectively collaborate cross functionally to optimize company and fintech initiatives
  • Excellent business development, relationship management, negotiating/deal making, and executive communication skills
  • Adept in executive level verbal and written communication, synthesizing complex information into clear, succinct artifacts (emails, memos, presentations, etc)
  • Strong understanding of software and how embedded products and integrations are developed
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
