We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with exceptional product sense, customer empathy, technical acumen, and a strong General Manager (GM) mentality to lead the Dispatch Pro product team. This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role, responsible for driving both product and business outcomes for this upsell business. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing dispatching for the trades, working with emerging technologies to deliver a zero-downtime, scalable product that enables home services companies to maximize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thinks like a business owner. You will be accountable for the full business performance of your product line, from go-to-market strategy to customer adoption and retention. The Sr. Product Manager will champion the best product development practices, creating real impact for customers by delivering delightful and innovative solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Own the Business: Act as the GM for Dispatch Pro, responsible for delivering on business KPIs (revenue, adoption, retention). Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer success.

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling long-term vision for Dispatch Pro across multiple customer segments, aligning product strategy with company goals.

  • Customer & Market Insight: Engage deeply with customers and end-users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities. Translate insights into product and business strategies. Represent ServiceTitan as a domain expert in customer meetings and industry forums.

  • End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Drive roadmap prioritization based on ROI and business impact.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance to deliver best-in-class solutions. Hold teams accountable for delivering measurable results.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to inform strategy, measure success, and iterate rapidly. Build business cases and champion investments that drive outsized value.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with GTM teams to launch new features, drive adoption, and ensure commercial success.


What you'll bring:

  • 5–7 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning business outcomes and scaling B2B products.

  • Demonstrated GM mentality, experience managing a product line or business unit, with accountability for financial and customer results.

  • Experience scaling automation products is highly desirable.

  • Direct experience with scheduling, dispatching, or capacity planning in the trades or similar industries is a plus.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with engineering.

  • Exceptional analytical skills: able to build business cases, analyze data, and synthesize insights to drive decisions.

  • Excellent communicator, presenter, and influencer across all levels of the organization and customers.

  • Creative, critical thinker with a bias for action and a passion for delivering real customer impact.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and inspires others to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
