We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Analyst to join our team. This Sr. Analyst will be focused on building and optimizing our reporting and generating insights to drive operational strategy for the Enterprise Sales team. This individual will have a strong analytical background with experience performing strategic and operational work. The right person for this role will be able to synthesize complex topics and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. S/he will demonstrate extreme ownership and a strong team player mentality to contribute to the impact of the Enterprise Sales Strategy & Ops team.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze data to synthesize business insights and drive data-based decision making

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, managing your own data querying and working with data science to construct data sets as needed

  • Drive daily Sales operations through in-depth performance reporting, forecasting, territory management, root cause analyses, and month-end close

  • Partner with the Sales teams to help them understand performance trends and drivers, deliver recommendations, and improve their operations

  • Collaborate with peers across Sales Strategy & Operations to deliver insights and analysis

  • Automate recurring reporting for operational efficiency

  • Serve as a thought leader for the Sales Ops team in analytics tools and applications

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, or strategy/consulting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Business, or a similar field

  • Expert in analyzing large data sets using SQL/data querying and transforming via BI (Tableau) tools

  • Proven track record of building reporting and dashboards for business stakeholder use

  • Experience working directly with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Technology

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization skills, and a self-starter mentality

  • A passion for championing the latest analytics and business intelligence concepts in data visualization and automation.

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to partner with US-based Sales leaders

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferable)
