Principal Product Manager, Property Care
ServiceTitan
Ready to be a Titan?
At ServiceTitan, we’re building the operating system for the trades. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Property Care expansion. You will own the strategy that makes high-volume, recurring services businesses—including those in Pool/Spa, Pest Control, and Lawn Care—wildly successful on our platform. This involves diving deep into their world, adapting our existing suite of tools, and identifying net-new opportunities to bring the best possible experience to life for all our customers.
If you're a seasoned product leader passionate about solving complex challenges for the trades, driving cross-functional alignment, and making a significant impact, this is your opportunity to build something meaningful.
What you'll do
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Data Science, CX, and Marketing—to design and build scalable solutions tailored for the unique needs of recurring service models.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and pain points for our Property Care customers, ensuring our platform enhances their key operational workflows from scheduling and routing to billing and customer communication.
Analyze behavioral signals, product telemetry, and direct customer feedback to detect emerging patterns and guide the evolution of your product solutions.
Collaborate with Go-To-Market and customer-facing teams to develop clear communication, training, and support strategies for your product launches.
Drive the Property Care roadmap and prioritization decisions that balance business growth, user value, and long-term platform health.
Own key metrics related to product adoption, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of our Property Care customers.
Proactively monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends in Pool/Spa, Pest Control, and Lawn Care to identify new risks and opportunities.
What you bring
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS.
Demonstrable experience building and launching products for businesses with recurring revenue or subscription models.
Experience owning and shipping products in a complex ecosystem where you were involved in go-to-market and business-level decisions.
A strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex system architectures.
Experience collaborating with Data Science or AI/ML teams is a plus.
A high sense of urgency and the ability to make smart, data-informed decisions, even with incomplete information.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you are able to bring clarity to complex problems.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to independently set direction and drive momentum.
Strong product instincts and a demonstrated ability to think creatively, grounded in customer discovery and insights.
