We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to join our team. The primary focus of the role will be on operationally and strategically supporting our Enterprise Sales Development team with a secondary focus on cross-cutting sales strategy & ops “special projects”. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytic rigor, ability to handle multiple projects at once, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key initiatives and their outcomes. This individual will partner with Managers, Directors, and SVPs of Sales to drive operational strategy and excellence.
What you’ll do:
Drive the daily operations of the Enterprise Sales Development function including, weekly KPI reporting, forecasting, managing headcount and quota capacity, account assignment, and month-end close
Partner closely with our Sales Development leaders to help them understand performance trends, root causes, and help them improve and scale their operations with targeted recommendations
Use SQL / Tableau to construct data sets and build dashboards reporting on Sales performance and special initiatives
Collaborate with peers across Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, and RevOps to deliver insights and analysis spanning multiple segments
Be forward-thinking on business cases and problems, and how the team can be geared to help solve (e.g., process enhancements, systems and technical enablement, etc.)
Spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Enterprise Sales segment and beyond, including activity tracking and conversion, account prioritization frameworks, rep efficiency evaluations, etc.
What you’ll bring:
2-4+ years of experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
Functional experience in operations/business operations/revops, and/or strategy within the SaaS space is strongly preferred
Experience running quantitative analyses, and publishing findings in dashboard format (e.g. strong experience with Excel/GSheets, Tableau, SQL, [Python is a plus])
Proven track record of working cross-functionally on key projects to define action plans, manage execution, and deliver results
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality ready to create things from the ground up
Energized by learning about the full Sales Ops portfolio and working in a dynamic environment with opportunities to tackle a variety of topics and problems
Bachelor’s degree required
In-office presence in Glendale 1 day/week

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $103,400 USD - $138,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
