About the Role

As Director Supply Chain, you'll drive and improve the development of the supply base. You'll oversee the development of production schedules to ensure program milestones and delivery requirements are met, as well as coordinate with executive management, program management and other department managers to ensure the company’s material, planning and production objectives are supported. You'll review and approve capital, contract equipment, and facility requests based on program and company demands, drive strategic directives for departmental plans and organizational priorities in supplier compliance, operations compliance, operations support and special orders, as well as guide decisions based on functional objectives and priorities. You'll shape a higher level of supplier accountability for performance and sustainability, and guide system and functional integrations of supply chain strategy and execution.Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin and Durham, North Carolina, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations.
