SiFive is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to help manage support in our Bengaluru location. As a member of the IT team this position will be responsible for all on and off boarding activities and provide high quality support to our employees in Bengaluru as well as other SiFive locations.

Please note, this is a fully onsite position. Candidates must reside in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

• Support local India based employees with all their internal IT needs

• Support global employees in a follow-the-sun support model

• Facilitate local computer hardware and peripheral procurement and deployment of laptops employees.

• Maintain inventory of all assets in the asset management system

• Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of employee system accounts for all services as needed

• Manage Zoom Rooms Video conferencing systems and provide support when needed

• Work with teams across other locations to manage Service Desk ticket queue and respond to employee help requests

• Support employees through the use end point management systems such as Jamf and Desktop Central to Ensure IT compliance with SiFive Security standards

Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field or significant relevant experience.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in an IT Helpdesk, IT Systems, SaaS, and Server Admin capacity

• Deep knowledge of Google Workplace and Office 365

• Experience working with Single Sign on systems such as Okta or Jumpcloud

• Knowledge of end point management systems such as Jamf and ability to automate common support tasks.

• Extensive knowledge of Mac OS and Windows 10 operating systems. Linux a plus.

• Great customer Services skills and a can do attitude Ability to work in a fast paced environment and focus on multiple tasks.

• Good understanding of IT Security best practices

Nice to have:

• CompTIA A+ Certification

• Okta Certified

• Automation experience with BetterCloud and Okta Advanced Lifecycle Management
