We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Silverflow team!

You’ll get the opportunity to be a part of our global Commercial team, which encompasses the pillars of Sales, Marketing and Account Management. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career within payments and drive customer growth within an established start-up.

As our Senior Sales Manager, you will be taking an active role in building strong relationships with key customers and partners while seeking new opportunities with Payfacs, PSPs and acquirers.

You’ll be responsible for shaping our commercial experience by:

  • Developing clear strategic sales objectives alongside the sales team to further expand Silverflow’s customer base, identifying key markets and solidifying its presence within the payments industry.
  • Driving sales growth through the execution of sales targets and successfully managing the sales process and approach in collaboration with senior leadership and marketing.
  • Building and implementing new sales initiatives and target strategies to identify new prospects and further drive business growth.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and relationship building and the attendance of customer events, conferences, etc.
  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining up-to-date reports of sales activities within our in-house CRM system to optimise performance.
  • Delivering customer and prospect feedback to our product and engineering teams in order to continue improving and enhancing our solution.
  • Collaborating inter-departmentally to determine sales development activities and strategies to effectively support in the achievement of our sales targets, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Preparing and executing sales contracts alongside our legal counsel.
  • Maintaining a smooth transition of new accounts to our Account Management team, ensuring all required details are communicated to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Who you are

You Are a Driven Individual Who Has

  • 10+ years of experience working within a sales-focused role. Preferably within the payments industry or a technology driven B2B environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a globally diverse workforce and customer base. Proficiency in English is a must.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships and client portfolios.
  • An ability to prioritise and execute tasks while working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong project management and planning skills with a “getting things done” attitude to effectively deliver high quality and proven results.
  • Availability for international travel.
