We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Core Services team at SpotOn. This team is creating a central platform that can be leveraged across our product ecosystem to manage user identities, access controls, and merchant organizations. This is a highly collaborative and technical role that is essential to expanding the value we deliver to our customer base.

This Product Manager will:

  • Collaborate across product teams and 3rd party partners to identify platform capabilities that help all our teams move faster
  • Work closely with engineering partners to define the requirements for API’s, data models, and services that enable outstanding customer experiences
  • Effectively articulate technical concepts to both engineers and senior business stakeholders
  • Drive initiatives from inception through execution to enable other teams to more effectively and efficiently deliver business value
  • Prioritize features, write product and technical specifications, and manage the engineering backlog as our platform continues to grow
  • Gather and use feedback and insights from engineers, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to improve our product experience and business performance
  • Have a strong background in cloud and software technologies and practices
  • Continuously test and leverage insights to inform decisions
  • Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders to serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product
  • Drive adoption of platform initiatives with internal and external teams as well as marketing the value that comes from that adoption


  • 6+ years of technical product management or engineering experience, including time spent delivering platform products or services
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to lead without authority
  • A metrics-driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative process.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience designing and delivering quality products.
  • Ability to make decisions with imperfect information, and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity, and complexity

  • Our base pay range is $160,000 -$210,000 for this role
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
  • Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
