About the team

As a member of the Product Strategy & Operations team you will be part of the Link product organization, working directly with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support the rapid growth of this new business.

What you’ll do

  • Lead new or early stage initiatives or products, often playing the role of multiple functions simultaneously in order to reach success.
  • Drive the successful launches of some of our most strategic product bets by building data-driven analyses to define rollout cohorts, partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g. GTM, Design, Support) to prepare for launch, managing sales enablement, and tracking indicators to understand the success.
  • Manage ongoing product betas, recruiting potential new users, and helping them onboard successfully onto new products; bring user feedback into the ongoing product development process enabling quick iteration.
  • Tackle product strategy projects evaluating future opportunities for the Link product.
  • Help shape the product roadmap for the Link business, leveraging competitive and user insights to help PMs and Engineering teams prioritize.
  • Track projects, timelines and commitments on internal projects and user deliverables.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • Strategic thinker, with 7+ years of work experience and a consistent track record of excellence.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users.
  • Experience working with SQL and using data to identify trends, generate insights and solve problems.
  • A “can do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working within product management and/or product operations roles
  • Experience working in strategy consulting or investment banking
  • Experience in an externally facing role engaging with users
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology startup
  • Experience working in a fintech or payments-focused technology company
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $165,200 - $247,800.
