Experience : 3 - 5 years in recruitment, with previous experience in HR Operations roles

Who are we?

What do we do?

Using super cool technology we give diners the option to have more control over their own dining experience, we free up server time so they can focus on their other responsibilities and we give the restaurants the ability to manage their day to day business which helps create a cohesive partnership between sunday and the restaurant industry.

The position

Our Chief People Officer will be leaving for a long maternity leave and we are looking for a Recruitment and People Specialist to strengthen the team while she is away., In this role, your goal will be to both drive the recruitment efforts for the business and to support the People Team in various tasks across people management, engagement and admin.

You will report to the Senior People Partner, and work daily with managers in Atlanta, Chicago, London, Paris, and beyond!

Job Tasks

  • Recruitment (60% of the role): Be the owner and manage the full recruitment process, from crafting job description to screening and sourcing candidates, to conducting first round of interview through coordinating the different steps of the process for a great candidate experience
  • Talent Management (20% of the role): You will be supporting our People Business Partners in managing the full employee cycle,including promotions, probation periods, salary increases and any other employee development related tasks.
  • People Analytics (10% of the role): You will be involved in the accuracy and extraction of people data, as well as reporting it to several internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Leadership etc.).
  • Engagement and Talent Retention (10% of the role): strengthen our company culture across countries through community management ( Paris office events and management, online communication, coordination of global culture initiatives).

Who We Look For

  1. Based in Paris
  2. 3-5 years experience in recruitment
  3. You also have previous experience in HR Operations roles
  4. Past experience in a fast-paced startup or scaleup is preferrable
  5. Fast-learner, you are eager to learn new things and you quickly get onboarded on new processes and projects
  6. Autonomous and proactive to improve how things are done
  7. Owner & growth mentality.
  8. Strong Project management skills i.e. you are structured, reliable, detail-oriented and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders.
  9. You speak English & French fluently
