The position

As Head of Sales - Small & Medium Businesses for sunday, you are the one crafting our company growth. It all starts with you and your teams ! We are looking for someone capable of leading a team that sells an ever-evolving product. The main challenges of this role will be to create a streamlined sales machine, work closely with our marketing / growth / partnership teams to improve the management of our inbound leads, systematically monetize our new features and develop a training program for our Sales Team.

Job tasks:

1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), market segments, and target accounts. Establish clear targets and implement rigorous reporting mechanisms to track performance.

2. Optimize Lead Management: Develop a robust lead assignment process and work closely with marketing and growth teams to improve inbound lead quality and quantity.

3. Build and Train Sales Team: Organize sales teams effectively, implement structured onboarding, and provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.

4. Drive Revenue Generation: Lead by example in sales activities, pursue key accounts, and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive growth. Continuously optimize sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

5. Foster Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, systematically monetize new product features, and develop comprehensive training programs.

6. Exemplary Leadership and Management: Inspire and motivate the sales team, maintain open communication, track performance metrics, and establish clear expectations and accountability measures to foster a culture of excellence.

Who we look for:

  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Background: Previous experience in startup/scale-up environments, preferably with exposure to French-founded companies with internationalization experience.
  • Analytical & Process oriented : you need to transform to build a truly organized Sales Machine
  • Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of the hospitality market is a plus, with a strong passion for food.
  • Personality Traits: Highly competitive and results-driven individual.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing teams of more than 8 people for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in both Small Independent Sales Cycle and Medium Sized Business
