💼 About The Role

sunday is expanding its footprint in Germany! We are looking for a German speaking Account Manager capable of driving the company's growth in a new country. If you are a customer oriented person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the job is for you. You will have the opportunity to shape the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers in Germany.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company and to define the future of restaurant payments. You’ll be based in France but will travel 2-3 days a week to Germany.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff to turn them from customers to ambassadors
• Live and breathe the restaurant experience with sunday
• Create and deliver the account management playbook
• Upsell future sunday products to our restaurant partners
• Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure we are building the best product for our restaurant partners
• Be excited to travel back and forth between France and Germany a few times per week
  
  

😊 About You

• You have 3+ years of experience in account management
• You know the restaurants industry
• You are fluent in French and German of course!
• You have strong interpersonal skills
• You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills
• You are customer focused: You can turn prospects into customers and customers into ambassadors
• You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality
• You are a team player
• You’re autonomous
