As the National Sales Development Representative (NSDR) at sunday app, you will be the primary driver of strategic lead generation efforts targeting national enterprise customers across the UK. Your role will involve identifying high-value prospects, defining a contact strategy and targeted approach through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and qualifying leads that align with our national growth goals. Working closely with the UK General Manager, you will set the stage for high-impact enterprise sales engagements, contributing to our expansion into national accounts and multi-location partnerships.

- Define and execute targeted contact strategies through ABM techniques to approach enterprise accounts effectively.
- Research and tailor messaging to engage decision-makers at multi-location enterprises.

- Evaluate and qualify potential leads to ensure they fit the company’s criteria for national and enterprise accounts.
- Initiate conversations and build relationships to uncover needs and opportunities.

- Continuously refine strategies based on industry trends and customer feedback to enhance the company’s market presence.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads that align with the company’s national growth objectives.

- Experience working with enterprise-level, multi-location or national clients in hospitality, restaurant tech, fintech, or related sectors.
- Previous exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ideally within the SaaS industry or in B2B environments that prioritize complex, large-scale accounts.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Demandbase, or Outreach.io for pipeline development, lead qualification, and strategic account targeting.
- Familiarity with designing and adjusting pricing models, especially for multi-location or enterprise deals, is an asset.
- Enterprise Lead Generation: Skilled in identifying, researching, and qualifying enterprise-level accounts, with a proven ability to build a targeted prospect list based on industry research.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Proficient in ABM tactics, including identifying and engaging key stakeholders, personalizing outreach, and building comprehensive account profiles for high-value clients.
- CRM and Sales Enablement: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ABM platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Outreach.io to manage, track, and report on outreach activities and pipeline health.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Ability to collaborate with sales leaders to design commercial terms and pricing strategies tailored to the unique needs of enterprise customers.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex product features and enterprise solutions clearly, catering messaging to the specific needs of target stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying trends and patterns in lead qualification and account targeting, allowing for ongoing optimization of ABM approaches.
- Collaboration and Influence: Ability to work closely with the UK General Manager, marketing teams, and senior sales executives to shape and deliver national sales strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts, and able to prioritize outreach based on account value and strategic importance.
- £40,000 - £50,000 base salary per annum plus performance-based commission and OTE to reflect the strategic and enterprise focus of the role. Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates with deep enterprise experience.
