💼 About the RoleThe position : Chief of Staff, reporting to Charles Conques - GM Europe

The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner to the Europe GM, his leadership team, and the broader team of functional leaders, driving the execution of key priorities and initiatives. This highly organized and proactive individual will manage complex, cross-functional projects, streamline operations, and serve as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and align teams, and a demonstrated capacity to drive impactful results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The candidate will be a key player in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision

🔥 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives, working collaboratively with key business leaders in the region and cross-functional teams. This includes market analysis, competitive research, financial modeling, and the creation of growth strategies.
    • Lead and/or support major strategic projects, acting as a project coordinator where necessary. Examples include: fundraising (pitch deck preparation, financial analysis, investor coordination), new product launches (market analysis, go-to-market strategy)
    • Support GM with his reporting and communication duties - making sure proper information is shared in a timely and efficient manner, to all relevant parties
    • Active monitoring of core KPIs of FR, UK and other European business and proactive reports sent to leadership for corrective actions. Your efforts will be based on thorough gap or opportunity analysis, and will aim to bring material impact to business performance.
  • Executive Support & Operations
    • Provide proactive and efficient support to the executive team, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on action items.
    • Streamline operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with teams across all departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, Brand, People, Product).
    • Facilitate communication and alignment on key priorities, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives
  • Decision Support & Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, preparing data-driven presentations and recommendations for regional leadership, and executive leadership.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring timely completion. Utilize project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
😊 About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and function, ability to jump from one topic to another with high impact
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to understand what can make a business great, high product sense
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to take initiatives, be proactive and go beyond to push for solutions
  • Fluent in French and English
