💼 About the Role
Reporting directly to our Europe GM and maintaining a direct line of communication with our CEO and Co-founder, Victor Lugger, this role demands unparalleled dedication and strategic acumen. You’ll be collaborating closely with function leads in Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
You’ll act as a force multiplier:
- Turning complex, cross-functional topics into actionable roadmaps
- Holding teams accountable to decisions and priorities
- Driving alignment across stakeholders and org levels
You will own company-level initiatives (examples: revamping go-to-market model, resource planning, launching a new revenue stream), enable better leadership execution, and support planning cycles.This is a role for someone who loves solving strategic puzzles, thrives in ambiguity, and is ready to step up as a trusted business partner to top leadership.
This is not a “spectator” role, it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and demands strong ownership.
🔥 What you'll do
The strategic program manager mandate is as follows :
- Champion strategic initiatives : Own strategic cross functional initiatives at company level (these projects typically take 2 to 6 months and typically arise based on changing market landscapes, financial exigencies, or the inception of groundbreaking internal concepts or from competitive benchmark)
- Strategic support : Provide ad-hoc supports to CEO, Local GMs, and other company leaders on strategic projects (offering analytical insights and and fast paced solutions to complex strategic challenges )
- Leadership governance : Contribute to leadership team governance (ensuring seamless execution of leadership team weekly meeting, quarterly offsites) as well as company wide communication sequences from leadership (e.g. OKR) especially by helping key leaders prepare solid content ahead of key meetings
- Strategic planning coordination: Coordinate strategic planning together with finance and HR teams (BP, Forecasts, resource planning, etc.)
Key responsibilities will evolve rapidly based on the company’s priorities, the European market performance or any meaningful change in the ecosystem. This role is polymorphic by design.
Within your first 6 months, we expect you to structure and deliver 2–3 major country specific or company-wide initiatives (e.g. Sales acceleration plan for PDQs in FR, Se-up and animate a dedicated cross country feedback loop on a new product launch), set up repeatable planning rituals, and become a trusted sparring partner for leadership

Ideal candidates come from top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups in Strategy/Ops/Chief of Staff roles. You're used to navigating ambiguity, structuring fast, and delivering in dynamic environments
