👋 About Us

At sunday, we’re redesigning the entire hospitality experience: not just payments.

With their phone and a simple QR scan, guests can access the menu, place their order, pay the bill, tip, and leave a review. We fine‑tune every touchpoint to deliver a seamless experience. Our latest innovation brings video into menus: not just visuals, but a way to build trust through transparency and spotlight the craft behind every dish.

Our mission goes beyond the guest experience. We build dedicated tools that empower teams, like our best‑in‑class payment terminal built for hospitality, saving servers valuable time. We also share real‑time guest reviews so teams can track satisfaction and improve their shift instantly. Hospitality is demanding: that’s what drives us. It pushes us to move fast, think smart, and raise the bar every day. As our business grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for people who can help us scale and bring structure without slowing us down.

💼 About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager for sunday, your ultimate goal will be to drive the successful execution of our most critical initiatives with clarity, alignment, and impact across geographies.

You will be part of the Office of the CTPO team and report to a Senior Product Operations Manager.

  • Align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops on launch strategy, responsibilities, and success metrics.
  • Provide structured communication and visibility around key rollouts.

2. Coordinate Enterprise Accounts

  • Act as the primary interface for Enterprise clients when needs span multiple products or teams.
  • Translate Enterprise requests into clear, actionable problems for Product and Engineering.
  • Challenge whether existing product capabilities can meet needs before triggering new development.
  • Ensure requirements are converted into execution plans and tracked effectively.
  • Reduce overhead for Product Managers and Engineers by owning deliverable coordination.

3. Lead Complex Cross-Functional Projects

  • Manage large-scale projects that combine technical, operational, and partner elements (e.g., Technical migration).
  • Coordinate engineering teams, field teams, and external partners to deliver on time and with quality.
  • Bring structure, accountability, and momentum to projects where complexity creates friction.

😊 About You

  • Proven experience in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or TPM roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Strong Go-To-Market execution skills, with the ability to plan, structure, and deliver high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Collaborative leadership style, fostering accountability and momentum without heavy process overhead.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and alignment skills, capable of translating between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and multi-product projects, with a sharp ability to translate client needs into solvable problems.
  • Excellent project management capabilities: structured, detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering on time and at scale.
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, able to bring clarity and prioritization in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive pragmatic solutions.
  • Very data-driven and strong analytical skills, able to define, track, and interpret success metrics to guide decision-making.
