Sweep is hiring a Technical Writer intern to work on our sustainability data management platform.

Our market-leading, AI-powered software helps organizations understand all extra-financial data across their business and value chain to manage increasing disclosure requirements and meet sustainable business goals.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As a Technical Writer intern, you’ll contribute to the development of the technical content creation for our cutting-edge ESG platform, working closely with our Technical Writer in the Product team.

More specifically, you will get to:

• Understand the Sweep app inside out, and stay up-to-date on the on-going developments of its features and functionalities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) to meet technical content needs
• Develop accurate, creative, and engaging technical content, across various channels (documentation articles, online training programs, and in-product guidance)
• Create, maintain, and improve articles, online learning courses, and in-app text, keeping in step with product developments
• Write, edit, and review content independently, working in a structured authoring environment
• Oversee translation of documentation articles and online courses, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Stay informed on customer behaviors, product developments, company activities, and industry trends

Qualifications 🏆

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., English Language and Literature, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Media and Journalism, etc.)
• Available full-time for six months
• Available to work from our Paris office up to three days a week
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (French is a big plus)
• Experience in editing and writing (samples are appreciated)
