Sweep is hiring an IT Support Specialist able to onboard and to develop quickly in a hybrid IT ecosystem in the context of reinforcing its operations and the assistance to the internal users.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
You are foreseen to take over a series of duties in order to spearhead the IT assistance to our internal users and the administration of our users accounts and devices.
This position demands a proactive approach to mastering and maintaining the user and hardware lifecycles. You will ensure that our technology resources align with the company's strategic needs, optimising performance and security.
Your main objective here is to manage and optimise the IT assistance to support seamless operations. Your expertise will solve immediate technical issues and strategize long-term improvements for our technological systems.
You will work within the domain of the CTO and report directly with the IT & Security Director who defines the information security roadmap and strategy, to help improve and communicate the maturity levels of information security while supporting the IT organisation in regards to the assistance to internal users. You will collaborate with the Information Security Officer in order to provide all the required training and security awareness to the users, ensuring the high levels of compliance maintained by Sweep.
To be more specific, this includes:
- Be responsible of the daily IT Support to the internal users, ensuring quality of service under specific SLA and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (macOS ecosystem)
- Provide a dedicated on-site IT support at the Paris office with regular travels to London and Montpellier offices
- Master the users and devices lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, carefully respecting security and compliance requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train employees on IT best practices and procedures
- Support and enhance information systems security management awareness and provide training about information security
- Ensure overall IT compliance with regulatory requirements through proactive planning and communication

Qualifications 🏆
- You have 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role in a corporate environment
- Solid experience with IT management and supervision tools, network security and architecture, system hardening standards on macOS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English and French with excellent written and spoken skills
- Experience in a fully-remote and fast paced startup environment
