Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.

About the role
As a Strategic Partnership Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our BNPL solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive demand and growth for our services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development, and project management skills to enhance our market presence and ensure the success of our partnerships.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships Development
- Identify and Cultivate Strategic relationships with key partners in the ecosystem such as fintech's, Ecommerce Platforms, and other strategic distribution partners.
- Develop proposals and support agreements that align with Tamara and Partners Business Objectives and Growth Strategy
Strategic Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, ensuring needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
- Audit and monitor Strategic Partners performance and implement strategies to enhance sign ups, GMV and achieve mutual goals.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of current partnerships and demand generation strategies, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Propose and implement new initiatives or enhancements to existing programs that will drive better results and increase the value of strategic partnerships.
Demand Generation Project
- Lead demand generation projects for existing strategic partnerships, including co-marketing initiatives, cross-promotional activities, and other collaborative efforts to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Market Analysis
- Carry out Market Research and analysis to identify opportunities for Tamara to work with Strategic Partners.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Demand Generation, Integration Team, Onboarding, and Product to align on partnership activities with company objectives and ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
Educational Initiatives & Training
- Develop and lead educational initiatives and training sessions for partners to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of BNPL, merchant onboarding with Tamara, Benefits etc. as well as working on training materials that can be shared with partners for their merchants.
Your expertise
Experience
- At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in the business development or account management field with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
- Experienced in analyzing data and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Proven track record of developing and managing partnerships.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong business judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training.
