About Tamara's Builders Program - Undergraduate Track

This program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.

You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.

Your role

As part of the Internal Communication and Talent Brand team, you’ll help shape how Tamara communicates with its people and how we show up as an employer brand to the outside world. From driving content across internal channels to supporting employer brand storytelling, you’ll play a key role in building a transparent, inclusive, and inspiring culture.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting internal communications such as newsletters, leadership updates, and employee announcements
  • Support the planning and execution of internal engagement campaigns and culture initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Talent and Marketing teams on employer branding content for social media, careers page, and digital platforms
  • Help organise internal events and activations that enhance company culture and employee experience
  • Contribute to research and benchmarking to help improve communication strategy and brand positioning
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics across internal and external channels

Your expertise

Experience:

  • Recent graduate or in final semester of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Media, or related field
  • Experience through internships, university projects, student clubs, or content creation is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable writing content across various formats and audiences
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and branding
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
