Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager - Business Support you will lead hiring for roles critical to our customer experience and commercial growth. This role focuses on building robust, scalable recruitment processes that support sustained hiring demand while maintaining quality, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.

You will work closely with operational and commercial leaders to design and deliver hiring solutions that enable rapid team build-out and long-term workforce stability.

Your Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Customer Care and Commercial Onboarding roles, from demand planning through to offer and onboarding
• Design and implement efficient, repeatable hiring processes that support ongoing and time-sensitive hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria aligned to performance outcomes
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies, referrals, and external partners
• Drive structured screening, interviewing, and assessment approaches to ensure consistency and hiring quality
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and business priorities
• Leverage data and ATS insights to monitor hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve delivery
• Ensure a professional, engaging, and well-communicated candidate experience at every stage
• Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding readiness, workforce planning, and process optimization
• Support employer branding initiatives that attract customer- and commercially-oriented talent

Your Expertise

Experience
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on large scale hiring recquirements
• Demonstrated experience building and managing structured hiring processes in fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting hiring for frontline, customer-facing, or operational teams
• Strong track record of partnering with operational and commercial leaders

Skills
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design efficient, scalable hiring workflows
• Strong screening and assessment skills for customer-facing and commercially driven roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple hiring streams simultaneously
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, with strong ATS and reporting capabilities
