Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Concierge Specialist to join a brand new team operating as an expansion of our current CX function! To us, our clients are everything, and our ability to provide world-class customer service to our clientele has been imperative to our success to date.

You will work directly with our Head of CX to help provide exceptional customer service experiences to high-end clientele seeking a more personalized touch. You will not only help with their needs using the Titan Platform but also assist with recommendations, reservations and anything that will improve their overall lifestyle and experience as a Titan Client.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desires related to their lifestyle

  • Use your knowledge, expertise and resources to identify and recommend solutions to client requests in key metropolitan cities (NYC, SF, Miami, etc) and beyond

  • Handle all aspects of bookings ranging from dinner reservations, fitness classes, and VIP experiences ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining attention to detail throughout.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional experience, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized assistance and recommendations for future trips and endeavors.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and offerings in the lifestyle space.

  • Work collaboratively with the broader CX team on an ad-hoc basis depending on need and demand.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a CX or Concierge type of role (in person or remote experience)

  • Extremely organized - you own your follow ups, reminders and never miss a beat.

  • Expert knowledge of what a knock-your-socks-off experience means - you raise the bar on the team and yourself to get creative to create magic moments

  • World-class communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple needs simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality experience for clients.

  • Comfortable with high volumes of client interactions.

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and think creatively to drive product growth.

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including being “on-call,” and working evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs and peak travel times.
