The Dealer Services Specialist will be responsible for onboarding franchise and independent dealerships by communicating with dealers interested in doing business with Upgrade Auto Finance. This role will help expedite the dealer signup process by reviewing, preparing, and collecting needed documents to complete signup packages in preparation for approval. Specialists can expect an enjoyable culture with like-minded individuals within the Indirect Auto Finance team in a high-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare Dealer Packages to ensure all required documents and information is included and ready for underwriting
Work closely with the Dealer Development Managers (DDM) to expedite the Dealer Sign-Up process
Respond and address needs of Dealer via email or telephone
Maintain Dealer information in VQ and SalesForce where applicable and when necessary
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned related to Dealer Maintenance and Management
What We Look For:
Experience in SalesForce and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and external Dealer customers.
Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
Experience in onboarding or support for Franchise and Independent Dealers.
