About the Role:

The Funding Analyst will be responsible for reviewing automobile loan applications. They will develop and maintain an assembly workflow procedure on all loan packages that is manageable for a quick turn time while working closely with loan applicants, dealerships, and the sales team. The funding analyst will complete the funding process in accordance with internal originations policy standards and be a pivotal player in delivering exceptional customer experience to our customers and dealers. Elements of work quality, customer satisfaction, and relationship management all play a large role in the day-to-day success of this position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit and identify contract packages irregularities, including review of signatures, data and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures stipulations are satisfied and communicates relevant issues to the appropriate credit analyst and/or escalates accordingly to management.
  • Verification of all credit application information including residence, employment, and income.
  • Research and collect additional data or documents from customers and/or internal personnel.
  • Provides application entry and processing support for all contracts received.
  • Meets processing expectations metrics on a consistent basis.

What We Look For:

  • Minimum of two years indirect loan processing or funding experience preferred.
  • Must be able to coordinate, manage and guide multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively through to completion.
  • Team oriented and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in the operations of a PC and Microsoft office applications.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with members, management, team members and external third parties.

The compensation range of this position in Orange County, CA is USD $25 - $30 hourly plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Upgrade has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States and Canada, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range could vary depending on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.
