Our Office Experience Team is looking for a team member to help continue elevating the Upgrade Experience in our Downtown Phoenix contact center! This person will be an essential part of our Team, assisting in our beautiful office space by coordinating with vendors, business leaders, and additional office coordinators. Under the direction of the Office and Engagement Manager, this role will assist in initiatives that drive the culture, the aesthetic of our workspace, and production of engagement activities.
This is an in-office role.
Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Weekend availability a plus ($2.50 weekend shift differential available)
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome all guests and vendors
- Manage the reception area
- Manage deliveries and light mail responsibilities
- Effectively and professionally communicate with team members, leadership, and outside vendors
- Help all team members with questions and requests
- Responsible for overall appearance of office and guest experience
- Creative problem solving/solution finding
- Keep main areas such as lobby and break rooms tidy and clean
- Assist in planning team member engagement events and activities
- Appropriate handling of security-related and confidential information
- Assist with events
- Prioritizing, updating, assigning, and closing tickets
- Coordinate with on-boarding team for New Hire Experience and Day One Facilitation
- Maintain inventory, and stocking of office supplies
- Other ad-hoc administrative support duties as assigned

- Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite programs
- Fast paced, and self motivated
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills
- Associate's degree, or similar work experience is preferred
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
